The Studio Room is a multipurpose space located in the Tuggerah Business Centre on the NSW Central Coast.
Designed & built by owner Lisa, with the intention to create a non-affiliated beautiful space for all levels of dance, corporate training, and indoor recreation. The venue opened in July 2023, bringing together a range of stunning spaces, creative experiences, and exclusive access to world-class dance floor. This unique combination creates an immersive event experience for you and your guests.
The Studio room caters for small, intimate gatherings of dancers to large-scale corporate events, accommodate up to 20 guests. The area can be reconfigured to accommodate private and small scale productions, speaking engagements and concerts for 50 guest. The Studio Room is the ideal venue for networking, conferences, exhibitions, presentations, product launches and celebrations. With an enviable and central location in the heart of Tuggerah Business Park, and just a few minutes’ walk from major transport hubs. The Studio Room is one of the most collaborative and inviting venue hire spaces on the Central Coast.
The Space
The Studio Room’s purpose-built Dance Studio and meeting room is designed with innovative thinking and teamwork in mind. Our dual-purpose facility incorporates both corporate and dance applications. The Harlequin floor accommodates all levels of individuals and troop dance activities, the space is truly breathtaking The dance space sits alongside our corporate space, which allows for a 18 person training facility. With all the necessary requirements for training and corporate creativity sessions available to you.
The Studio Room is a calming and contemporary Studio with all the requirement to build minds and bodies.
Our facilities include:
- Kitchen with air fryer, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and sandwich press.
- White board.
- Smart TV.
- 18 seat corporate training table with power and usb inserts.
- Full dance facility on a harlequin floor.
- 85m2 dance floor.
- JBL 100 party box speaker.
- Dual micro phones.
- Ballet bare.
- Bathroom facilities.
- Seating available for 50 guests for speaking/performance events.
Book the Space
Our space is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Min. booking duration is 2hrs. For bookings longer that 8hrs please add extra hours during the booking process.
Please note booking fees for all dance related activities and as a meeting / conference room are as per the rates below. Booking fees for exhibitions, parties, concerts, viewed performances, sports outside of dance please contact Lisa directly on 0435 944 537 or email hello@thestudioroom.au to discuss your event before booking.

Booking Fees
Min 2hr booking – $100
Additional time charged at $50 per hour.
